What I shipped
- Flutter client & casting: Cross-platform Flutter mobile client featuring sub-50ms synchronized karaoke playback, and AirPlay/Chromecast support for casting lyrics and synchronized video to external screens.
- AI vocal/instrument separation: Integrated AI-driven vocal separation models to isolate vocals andaccompaniment music, creating custom karaoke backtracks from licensed masters.
- Event-driven media queues: Built a cost-effective, cloud-native media processing pipeline utilizing AWS SQS queues, SNS notifications, and dynamically scaled EC2 media encoder instances for encoding/optimizing user video uploads with automatic audio-video synchronization offset correction.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay checkouts: Implemented secure mobile checkouts (Apple & Google Pay) and compliant in-app subscription billing for premium karaoke content.

Pharmacon
Pharmacon is a turnkey ERP for one of Bangladesh's largest pharmaceutical turnkey-solution providers — the kind of business where a single deal starts with a client's plant requirement, runs through international principals for offers and quotations, continues into local buying, and ends in a ledger entry months later. I built it hands-on as the full-stack lead; it was my primary project through 2018 and 2019. The client still runs it today, and the last support round was in 2024, on demand.
