Empathy for the user and the builder. At Haiba, I shipped image-to-table ordering in weeks by focusing on the 'invisible' UX — latency and dignity. We didn't ship the perfect UI; we shipped the perfect *feel*. I use Storybook to ensure 'pixel-perfect' is a shared language, not a bottleneck.

How do you handle security vs. UX in a high-stakes environment?

Compliance is a product surface. At EKAGRA (HIPAA) and Jamahook (GDPR), security wasn't a back-office task; it was the foundation. In DET, security is the product's value. I'd lean on agentic workflows to detect patterns of fraud while keeping the candidate's flow friction-less.

What brings you beyond the requirements?

Operator scar tissue. I don't just manage a product; I've structured founding teams and cultural values. I bring a founder's perspective to the DET — I look at unit economics and staff joy alongside user growth.
