A health platform scaling joyful careneeds a lead who ships.
A tailored, public pitch for Voy — from the player-coach who co-founded ELO, grew it into a 22-person cross-functional product engineering firm, and still ships daily, with genuine health-tech depth.
How Fauzul leads.
Technical partner to product
I sit next to the PM — pressure-testing feasibility, turning ideas into a delivery plan, and owning the launch. CSPO-certified.
A player-coach who still ships
Hands-on across architecture, implementation and deploy — the craft bar goes up by example, not by memo.
Quality as member care
TDD, review discipline and CI/CD gates as habit — how I cut time-to-market 4×. For a health platform, that discipline is care.
The roles.

Do Health needs a Founding Backend Engineer who can own major backend features end-to-end, scale blood testing infrastructure across the UK & internationally, and build production AI-driven preventative health personalization engines—all while staying hands-on under zero management layers. That aligns perfectly with my decade of player-coach engineering co-founding ELO (from EM to CIO). I have engineered cloud-native backend systems in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, and Python across 9 geographies, ranging from custom ERPs for trading businesses to compliant, specialized medical software (including patient progress tracking and medicine effectiveness tracking systems that drove clinical decisions for 2 separate multi-branch hospital groups). AI-native engineering is my current frontier: pushing squads toward system evals, agentic guardrails, deterministic hooks, and repeatable skills—ready to establish a robust foundation for Do Health's preventative care mission.

Voy needs a player-coach who can lead a small, cross-functional team of frontend & backend engineers, be the technical partner to the product manager on what's feasible, and stay hands-on from architecture through deployment — while keeping quality a habit and the team growing. That is the seat I have held for a decade: I co-founded ELO, grew it into a 22-person cross-functional product engineering firm (design, engineering, QA, product, business), went Engineering Manager → CIO, and cut time-to-market 4× by establishing repeatable workflows, cloud-native solutions, cost optimizations, and consistent delivery mechanisms. I have shipped complex web & mobile apps for clients across 9 geographies, ranging from custom ERPs for trading businesses to compliant, specialized medical software (including patient progress tracking and medicine effectiveness tracking systems that drove clinical decisions for 2 separate multi-branch hospital groups). AI-native engineering is my current frontier: pushing squads toward system evals, agentic guardrails, deterministic hooks, and repeatable skills — landing right as Voy scales everyday care to a million-plus members.

Voy (formerly MANUAL) is a premium digital health platform for proactive, everyday care — weight loss, menopause, hair loss and testosterone replacement therapy — pairing clinician-led treatment plans with an app, blood tests and 24/7 support, so care is a companion through every life stage rather than a fix after something goes wrong.
Mission Making healthy living a joyful normality — proactive, everyday care that helps people feel better now, not just someday.
Whether joining as Lead Software Engineer or Senior Backend Engineer for Do Health, Fauzul brings the hands-on player-coach capability Voy needs — over a decade of backend and cloud-native architecture experience (co-founding ELO, EM → CIO), scaling complex applications across 9 geographies, with genuine health-tech depth (EKAGRA's HIPAA clinical platform) and compliance-as-care baked in. Exactly the blend a health platform scaling joyful, everyday care to a million-plus members needs.
Ready when you are.
One JD, one honest read on fit — with the receipts. That is the whole idea.
