That is the seat Fauzul has held for a decade under founder titles: he co-founded ELO, grew it to 22 product and engineering professionals, went Engineering Manager → CIO, and stayed the embedded technical partner for enterprise clients across nine geographies — pair-coding a Vipps integration inside a Norwegian fintech's repo, keeping a HIPAA clinical platform growing, and shipping GDPR, HIPAA and WCAG 2 across five client organisations. His daily development is already Claude-led (Gemini second, two Anthropic Claude certifications), and his production work already includes multi-agent systems (A2A, MCP, n8n) and a Claude-powered CMS whose agent-authored changes ship only through CI/CD gates — exactly the AI-accelerated engineering practice these roles want someone to bring into client delivery.
