Company Profile

Official Website
HQ: London, UK
Founded: 2024 · Index-led Series A · Founders: Founded by ex-Palantir operators
Key Products: Agents over enterprise IT estates, starting with SAP: mapping and explaining existing customisation, and carrying change through the systems that depend on it.
Platform Scale: ~30 people in London; Index-led Series A; customers include DHL, Marks & Spencer, Porsche and Daimler.
Mission: Give enterprise IT an operating system of its own — so the work of understanding, changing and maintaining a company's core systems stops being archaeology done by hand.

Conduct is the AI operating system for enterprise IT, starting with SAP. Its agents read the customisation and configuration sprawl that has accumulated inside a company's core systems — the layers somebody once wrote by hand, under deadline — and turn it into something a team can see, reason about and change.

Why Fauzul?

Conduct's agents read enterprise systems that somebody built by hand under deadline — and Fauzul was that somebody. Pharmacon is a turnkey pharma ERP he led hands-on full-stack, carrying a plant requirement through international offers, quotations and status-tracked negotiation into local buying and the ledger; it is still in production, last support round 2024. He builds the other half now too: NewScriber runs ReAct reason-act loops with grounding evals gating every script against its sources before synthesis, and publishes daily in four languages on that basis. Their front end is already his daily one — React 19 with TanStack and Vite. The ramps he names himself are Kotlin, Temporal, and SAP's own vocabulary — ABAP and clean-core rules — which is a real curve rather than a week.
