Arktaria wants the architect in the middle — the central sparring partner who turns ambiguous business goals into scalable system landscapes and coaches the teams who build them. That is the seat Fauzul has held for a decade: owning solution architecture end-to-end (microservices, event-driven, API platforms, multi-tenant OIDC/RBAC) across demanding enterprise projects, and — crucially here — coordinating ELO's deployed engineering pod for a Norwegian fintech (Frontgo / Frontpayment), shipping a Vipps integration and setting the pod's engineering practices through to a clean in-house handover. He treats AI as a first-class architecture tool (a Claude-based natural-language CMS in production) and compliance as designed-in (HIPAA, GDPR, OIDC/RBAC); two of his alumni already lead teams in Norway. He's relocating to Oslo to help build Arktaria's architecture community from the ground up — honest that Norwegian and Azure are deliberate ramps, fully effective in English from day one.
